Practice talking with a metronome. Make a conscious reminder to yourself, like wear a rubber band on your wrist, and every time you see that rubber band you remember you need to slow down. Spend time practicing talking slow. Make a conscious effort to talk slow constantly. The more you do it, the more you will achieve the results you want.

Those are a few tips I think of off the top of my head. If I think of more, i'll be back!

Not sure if this will be relevant to you, but when I suffered from anxiety I spoke waaaaaaay too fast.

And then I got an interview. So I had to learn to speak slowly.

To do that, all I did was finish a sentence then take a breath in whilst counting "1.... 2.... 3...." and then start on the next sentence.

You could always try that with your magic and patter!

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism
