Liquid metal: forks?

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

The tesco forks are quite good, if you can bend those you can bend almost anything.
In France I'm finding it very tough to track down suitable forks... The catering trade ones are either butter or fancy and tough (think sharp and strong). The ones I find in the supermarkets are expensive and aren't right for the whole routine, which is a shame, because its a very strong effect that I enjoy performing.

forks

Postby dp » Feb 13th, '09, 18:37

Hi Guys,

The shipment should be with me Tuesday morning. I am starting to regret shipping via air as it has cost a small fortune. They still will be cheaper than Woolworths though!

I will be bringing some up to Blackpool and you are welcome to come and collect from Northampton but I will not be shipping any out to people via post or any other method. Either get them off me at Blackpool or come and collect.

Once again, not sure of the price yet but it will be a bit less than Woolworths and this is a real opportunity not to loose one of your strongest routines.

See you at Blackpool or PM me if you want to collect this Tuesday evening or after Blackpool while stocks last.

All the best,

David

Well way back in high school, I remember that I have already learned this. It is true that liquid metal combines a number of features that are normally not found in any individual material. This makes them useful in a wide variety of applications. Precision Machining

I recently found that a US magic site called magic.org sells forks for pk fork bending rountines for $10 for 12 forks (about £6).
If you spend over $60 you get free shipping and on top of this if you join the email list they tend to regularly send offers. For example the offer just emailed me means they will match the full price of your purchase with extra goodies (up to $200)

I have ordered a bunch of these forks to see if they are any good.
