Haha Lawrence is incorrect. He guy said its very simple, and once we know the answer we will be kicking ourselves in the ass thinking how did we not catch that haha. I still dont know, however I cam up with maybe it has nothing to do with the math. Maybe has something to do with the teacher and her being 30. There are 4 students who are 5years old and the teacher being 30? Something like that maybe if that makes sense Im not sure. Ooooor haha another one
This could be advanced mathematics, so that they're not in the field of real numbers, but in the set congruento modulo 2, 5 or 10:
mod 2 gives: 4 x 5 = 0 x 5 = 0 = 30 (mod 2), [should be "identical to", i.e. an equivalence sign with 3 horizontal lines instead of two: =_
mod 5 gives 4 x 5 =4 x 0 = 0 = 30 (mod 5)
mod 10 gives 4 x 5 = 20 = 0 =30 (mod 10)

A lil' bit too farfetched I suppose

If the guy said it was simple - your last two options are far from that.

Simple, to me is "She never actually said to solve the problem with the CORRECT answer" She just asked him to solve the problem.

I know it was meant as a joke but anyways, thats actually a really good point you bring up. Hmmmmm... Ill ask if thats right. That makes sense on some kind of level.

K everyone I just figured out the answer and indeed it is correct. Well actually someone els came up with a thought and then I added on to it and we were both correct. I now know the answer. And by no means is it simple. It does take some thinking but its not horribly difficult.
Do you want me to tell the answer?? Or do you guys want to keep guessing and Ill tell you if you are correct or not.

Well, I think we're agreed on an answer, but go on then.

Oh I didnt know you guys agreed on an answer....However the real answer is this. The guy even said it right from the book: here it is:

Its the question 7. Think about this let me draw you a little diagram here lol:
1. 2+3=
2. 3-2=
3. blah
4. blah
5. blah
6. blah
7. 5X4= where in the kid thought it was 7.5X4=30 so thats the answer.
So on the board the teacher had 7. and then the problem however the boy thought it read 7.5 and then he explained it to the teacher and the teacher said well that would be correct. THE END YAAAAAAAY Solved that sheeeeet.

Ok that was a bit of a stupiud riddle. This is another silly one but again it took me like a year to figure out. I wonder if any of you guys will figure it out. Here check this out.

Now a jogger walks into a bar asks for a glass of water. The bartender pulls out a shotgun and tells him to get the hell out of his bar. The jogger says thanks and walks out. What happenned there? Good luck.
BTW you guys can ask me yes or no questions.

Has the jogger got a case of singultus caused by compression of the phrenic nerve due to physical activity? 8)

EDIT: can't spell physical

a jogger "walks" into a bar. we're wrong from the start. 1) a jogger should be jogging! 2) no self respecting fitness buff would jog to a bar!

perhaps "glass of water" translates as "shotgun in the face" wherever it was he had jogged off to!
or maybe they're on a water shortage and the barstaff are taking it all far too seriously. or maybe the barman just really objects to someone coming into a Bar and ordering non-alcholic drinks, or just doesn't like people who jog.

see, any of those are just! this is easy!

I think it's more "shock" than "shot" gun...
