Be careful with your loads. I'm assuming you are just starting out with the cups - so I would suggest finding a book or dvd that teaches the routine. Aside from the unusual manner in which you make the loads, the timing is also something that will come with practice. The load should be quick and almost immediate. You took a bit of time on the final load, and any hesitation or lapse breeds suspicion.
Without patter, the effect loses a considerable amount of strength. If you don't have a mic, that's something you can't avoid - but realize that much of the routine (especially the moment where the ball jumps back to the middle cup at the end) is lost without the patter to drive the effect along.
One suggestion I would make, is to perform this while standing. Your main problem (at least I thought it was) was that the table was in your way, so you had to resort to the awkward handling - which exposes your method.
