Postby lozey » Aug 22nd, '06, 17:22

Im after a deck of blank face cards that i can draw on to make my own deck. I know you can get these on bike stock, but are there any others because i want something a bit 'darker' and those angels arent what im after lol :D

The problem with getting any deck other than Bikes is that they really generate suspision that you are using a trick deck because people don't recognise the deck. This is the last thing you want edspecially when you are using a trick deck.

..i would disagree on that, most people in the UK use waddingtons or a generic cheapo set in my experience...

...so from my point of view, bikes/tallys/fourniers..all the same...

..i do love my fourniers though, dont use any other, the stripper deck is very nice, and they do a tiny magic range too...

...they look far classier to my eyes, plus they're the choice of Lennart Green's...so if they're good enough for him...good enough for anyone...

Around where i am, Bikes are suspicious because most lay people use waddingtons ect (a UK company) lol . The idea i have in mind is just to draw some symbols / pictures on. There will be no 'gimmick' so the spectators can examine them afterwards. The trick i have in mind it would be suspicious if they didnt examine the deck anyway:)

I never thought about using a black deck like a tiger / viper. You can get nice silver/gold markers in craft shops here, so i might consider that
