ANYONE HAVE A POCKET PC?

Postby dat8962 » Aug 23rd, '06, 22:27

I have an iPaq and have a problem synchronising ny calendar with MS outlook.

Everything on my PC copy of outlook is fine but everything on my iPaq calendar is showing the wrong time by plus one hour.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this? I've looked at all of the help files etc. can can't find a sausage

Enjoy!

Seems like it's a time zone or DST problem - i.e. the PPC and the desktop PC don't have the same settings.

I concur

I have an iPaq 6515, and it was a bu**er to sync with anything at first.

I then found that plugging in a different USB hole seemed to fix the problem.

There's also a ruck of settings on the iPaq which need changing, such as synch ports etc.

Now it's as sweet as a nut—plug it in and it syncs mail, contacts and even web bookmarks.

Ooooh I love my iPaq, and the fact it has sat-nav makes it my bestist gadget du-jour.

Turned out that I didn't have the daylight saving box clicked in the time profile on the PC.

Thanks for the tips though

I just have 2 PSPs. Don't laugh! They are evolving! 1.5 Versions can have text editors already but soon when version 3 comes out then they will do some special sony email thing and officialy have a text editor and more. They can access the internet via wifi therefore being able to send e-mails. The one problem is that you have to use text input at the minute but people are soon to be realing USB keyboards. :D

Oh, and Kati. They play games too! lol
