Due to moving hadn't done any magic for a month. Just a month! Wow I can't perform any of my tricks properly. I mean, I remember how stuffs done, but the flow, the patter..

Man, how do you find time to practice and have a job and other hobbies!

The answer to that is the same as to why many magicians have annoyed friends and more so girlfriends. Spare time is dominated by practice. I make it an effort to find the time to practice if I am not performing or working way too much with another non-magic related job.

Even if just for 5 minutes a day, it is more than worth it.

Just try to find a spare slot during the day, even if you practise for an hour a day while watching Tv it will help.

I play guitar as well as magic and I'm lucky cause I'm not that sociable but I guess its finding the time to practise your magic as well as doing the other things you want to.
Its a little hard to focus when there are so many distractions out there but I usually try to find the time to do at least a hour everyday or every other day.
It helps if you have certain tricks you want to practise and don't move onto the next one until you've perfected that one first. You might find out that your brain might have forgotten the tricks but your hands still remember them.

I try to use the same time after work every day. That means, I'm finished around 5 working, I take up to an hour practicing or reading magic, that means I go home around 6 and sometimes I go home with the knowldege of a new magic. :D

I know the feeling of not having time to train. I'm a triathlete which involves at least a couple of hours training a day as well as holding down a full time job and keeping the other half happy.

I find lunch times at work best for me as well as just generally fiddling around with cards at other times.

I do the same thing (except while on the lav), I will also carry a few coins and practice palming and handling objects or doing things with coins palmed (e.g. drinking a diet coke, using the mouse).
