Harry Potter Levitation

Postby mccabe24 » Sep 7th, '06, 17:09

This isn't me, but watch the levitation at the end of the video. I'm sure you will be able to figure it out, but think about the reactions it would get durring kid's shows!

I'm don't think it is acctually called the Harry Potter Levitation, but I think the name suits it.

What do you expect from something called Wizard School? This obviously isn't something for the more experienced and is quite clearly aimed at the younger beginner magician. How you can be put off all of his other products for the more experienced by a clip for a Children's Video/DVD is beyond me.

I have some of Mayne's stuff and I must say I was rather impressed by his Zero Memorization Memorized Deck.

Yes, it was a little "cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzze" and no, I would never buy his products, but if you were performing at a 5 year old's birthday party who wanted a Harry Potter theme, tell me that wouldn't be a good effect to use.

Actually, now that I look at it once more. I've realized it is completly rediculus. Look at the stupid grin he has on his face while he is levitating. It is hallarious! I appoligise for posting such an idiotic non-magical video in a magic forum.

I shall now go fetch my broomstick and a towel!

You're vowing not to buy his products based on something aimed at a completely different target audience to the one that you fall into?! Madness in the extreme!

Seriously, I think you might like some of his other stuff, especially if you like the more gruesome side of things :D.

Like what? If his other stuff is anything like wizard school, thanks I'll pass, but if there is something else....

His other stuff is much more gruesome...Hold a paper bag in your hand. Hold it up over your head and look up. Then lower it. Turn it over and a bowling ball falls out. That of course is just one.

Thanks,
Dominick

I'll pass on wizard school it sounds too gimmicky but I have my eye on his other dvds shock FX and gutbuster.
