I had a look at the website and contact details are certainly rather limited - an integral e-mail form only. Perhaps he's had lots of cold callers, double glazing salesmen, or scammers calling him

I tried his website too, and next to the email form, a clickable 'customer support' icon appeared on the left of the screen, but when i clicked it i got the message "METHOD NOT ALLOWED"

Maybe someone else could try it
