Me too. Actually the Oyster Pass is better in my opinion but what the hey whatever works for you.

It's very difficult to learn these sorts of manipulations. If you ask anyone for advice they just tend to clam up. :)

It doesn't matter which mussels you use as long as you remove that poisonous hair, cook them thoroughly, and then the world's your lobster. (Dunno why I offered that advice, benet is no longer an active member of TM :roll: )
