Due to lack of responses, have decided to add a poll to make it easier.

Have got a little change left over and thought I’d treat myself…but cant pick between a few illusions that are around at the mo.

Choices are :

1. GHOSTVISION - Is what I am leaning to most at the moment, but would like to know - is it a “self-made” illusion, or does it come with that something extra?

2. Scotch and Soda - Has been going a while now, but I still like the reactions I got with my old one.

3. Bitten Coin - Perhaps a little too commercial these days? If I got this, would like to get a coin with proper teeth marks on it (Cyril Takayama used one) if anyone knows where they are from.

4. PRESSURE - from magicshop.co.uk. Looks good, though not seen any proper reviews yet.

5. Ninja Coins - I like this effect. Am guessing its similar in method to scotch and soda - though may be mistaken.

I do plan on getting a few of these eventually, but would like to know which ones you think are the best.

Am open to suggestions - though looking for something not card related as already have an abundance of these (for the time being )

Unfortunately adding a Poll doesn't help at all. Each one of the selections will have their own fans and it's almost impossible to say which is best - your idea of best will differ from others. The lack of replies tends to suggest that members don’t have a preference or, more likely, don’t have all those effects to compare.

I would suggest the bitten coin as its a classic although you need Modern coin magic to learn how to switch it

They don't seem relateable. Each one is its own unique trick.

Sorry but this is a which is best, bread and jam or watching television type question. I am afraid that you are going to be disappointed if you are expecting many responses to this

You can't form an objective decision from subjective opinions anyway.

I suggest reading reviews, and making your own decision as to whether it's right for you.
