This kid in my english class started making this wierd clicking sound with his mouth like he was pumping air into it or something, and then he blew out a big cloud of mist or smoke.... Anyone have any idea how?

Perhaps he ate something wrong that morning.

Is it really magic or a kid doing some weird things in class.

Yes, and I think the question being posed falls under the category of "some guy who thinks it's fun to take the p**s".

I can tell you that if the kid was in my 7th grade class you wouldn't want to know what he breathed out!

Some people always have to show off thier athsma by pumping 50 bucks worth of inhailer gas into their mouth and blowing it out. Or, he could just be smoking...
