Indecent Warning!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby Peacock » Nov 1st, '06, 23:02

When I saw the preview video I almost instantly worked out how it was done, so I contacted someone who owns the DVD. This guy told me that I was right.

It is not worth buying the DVD. Think about it!!! For the DVD you pay 24$ and you get 1 single way to reveal a card. Card College 1 on it's own teaches more than 20 ways of revealing a card and it only costs 34$.

If the method would be revolutionary the price would have been justifed. But I think you are defenitly better off doing an erdenase color change to reveal a card!!!!!

Huh, In my opinion Indecent is a great trick. Maybe it's just one trick but it's like any other E product, it's pricey and the effect is good. Yes the method is simple but sooo effective. Try to perform it to real people and you will see that this effect value alot more thand 20 bucks.

I agree.

It is a very easy, yet very powerful trick and I think it was worth the 24$

Just try it and look at the responses you get.

Whether a magician can work out how it's done is neither here nor there. It is angly though and not very practical for most situations, and terrible value for money. But there's a market for it.

What you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots

I think it looks really good. I haven't got it though, I might after I got everything else on my list ^^.

And I'm suprised no-one has flamed him for working something out, then openly telling everyone, then someone else says he stole. ^^

I believe that Indecent was a great buy and worth the money, especially when you get $4 in return (Master's Deck) if you were one of the first 500 to buy it. Yes the meathod is not revolutionary, and yes it takes a while to figure out how much * is needed (I still have not worked out the amount that suits my needs and have been working on it for 2 days :?) but it is worth it in terms of what reactions you get. Also, it teaches you a pretty good meathod for * a card, one that I have never heard of or used and now I am using it over and over. I am a firm believer that if a 3 dollar trick can completely amaze people, that the trick is worth it, which also works the other way around; no matter how costly and how simple a trick is, if it gets great reactions, but it. As for figuring out Wayne's secret, I figured out the secret for Sinful, started performing it, and then STILL bought the DVD just to support Wayne. If you start performing Indecent, then I sugjest you at least get the download.

Isn't that true for almost any effect compared to almost any book?

grrr. lucky lucky lucky

when i saw this video, i sorta knew how to do it, but then youtube finished the rest with terrible videos of kids doing the trick without praciticing. but, i still bought the video today. i personally dont care if i know the trick, i want to hear everything wayne has to say about the trick, all the small issues that make the trick what it is. which is about the same as a magician friend telling what to change and improve on.

even if you pay 24 dollars for 1 single way of revealing a card, it is really up to you to add on and change what ever is necessary. im guessing that wayne has worked on indecnt for a long time, but it is not perfect. the trick needs to be practiced and worked on even more. i made some slight changes to some tricks that i have learned because it would be better

?!~

I have seen Indecent performed a few times on MVD and it looks really good to me. I know how its done without buying the dvd, but in my oppinion its still deffinitely worth the money. Its a great effect as a closer.

It is a great trick period. :D

It's not too difficult to perform, and there are no gimmicks so you can hand the audience the card and ziplock bag.

Sure, the DVD is a few bucks, but it is well produced and clearly explained.

I watched it and thought i figured it out, but the only way i could see it done is if the bag had a certain thing done to it (obviously i wont say it here) but but if you hand it over, someone might catch it...Who here knows it? I want to pm someone how i think its done, so i can finally know for sure if i caught it.
