An Announcement.

Postby Tomo » Nov 6th, '06, 21:04

I thought the proper place to make this announcement would be the exclusive portals of the Sin Bin, but it turns out that only the mods can post there. So, with that in mind, and with Mandrake’s very kind permission while the advertising goes through, I have great pleasure in announcing that my book, THE STRIPPER DECK, is finally to be printed in paperback by CafePress.

............................................................... http://www.cafepress.com/booksbytomo

Each copy will be printed and shipped on demand from the US, with delivery times to Europe being 7-9 days. When CafePress open a European print facility it’ll be printed over here too. There will be no eBook version for the obvious reason of rampant piracy, but surely you can wait a week to get your hands on all that lovely strippery goodness?

Please feel free to ask anything you like, either here or over PM.

Thanks Mandrake.
May the elephant of delight carry your heaviest burden.

just curious but would you care to donate a signed copy for a future competition? (no idea what the competition could be but it seemed like a good idea when i thought of it 2o seconds ago!)

Thanks chaps. I must admit, it's been a helluva lot of work to get it right.

Henk, it's a system of sleights and other techniques designed to take advantage of the stripper deck's unique properties. But as a stripper deck is also a normal deck, you can combine what it teaches with all with your traditional sleight-of-hand moves.

Mog, I can't see any reason not to inflict it on a competition winner :)

i was actually only kidding but if your willing to donate one then a competition could be on the cards!

My copies arrived this morning, so hopefully those who took a huge leap of faith and ordered it should receive theirs either today or Monday.
