Fun with video editing

Postby stevebo » Nov 9th, '06, 22:23

Heya guys. Just having some fun with a bit of video editing.

This is a card manipulation battle between me and.... me! :D

Faults with the editing and manipulation:
Dropped cards hehe
Wrong timing D'oH!
Clear where the intersection of the 2 videos were... :( Couldn't adjust the colours properly.

Anyways... Enjoy!

I have to say Steve - your card skills just keep getting better and better. Your handling and fluidity is astonishing. Always a pleasure to watch!

I wish I could do that stuff.....
runs back to his room to do some boring charliers and a swing swivel undercut....

Slick work and cleverly filled. Only comment that would have made the video a little better is that you should have filmed in two different sets of clothes.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Once hehe. I couldn't be bothered to refilm, hence the bad timing...

It was a battle between me and me! On the same day at the same time! The same clothes just emphasizes that point!
Main reason was because I couldn't be bothered :P.

I do agree though that it would be a great video if you cropped your head and wore different cloths and battled it out in a massive XCM fight. Then maybe at the end show both heads to be the same. IMHO

Awesome! Nice performing and editing! The cards get the sort of handling they deserve  . That sort of smoothness is always a pleasure to watch (unlike those "practice 30 mins-put it on youtube vids" that youtube is full of)
Good job.

That was nice indeed. It's too bad about the difference in contrast between the two Stevens. :)
