Can anyone tell me the difference between Chinese Economy and Four For Ever?

I have Four for Ever and the accompanying instructional DVD uses the patter of the coins representing the Chinese economy. However, they are not one and the same sets as I've noted some dealers selling both sets side by side. The product descriptions for both don't make it any easier in answering my question.

Any ideas?
