Advanced card control-Allan Ackerman

If anyone has this entire series and would like to do a review on them, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been torn between getting them or not for quite sometime now. With christmas coming up soon I could request one or two of them, from my loved ones.

I know that since I won't be buying them I should just tell them to get them for me anyways, but I would rather not waste my time and their money if they could get me somthing better, that is if they aren't worth the buy.

I also know that there is a grip of material there and I will definatly learn alot from the videos and at least one thing I should be able to use.

What videos are best, you can even say what you favorite is and why and I will take that. Thanks in advance

I don't have the whole set - just the controls and palming disks. You should know first of all that you will find some effects on them but not very many.

They are in pretty much the same vein as Daryl's Encyclopedia disks and there is some overlap. I'd have to level the same criticisms at them as I do the Daryl disks: they don't go into enough depth for people trying to learn the moves, and if you're not a beginner you will have a lot of them in your library anyway.

On the plus side Allan Ackerman is a great card-man, who is very likeable and smiles a lot! His audience handling and presentation during the performance sections of the few effects that there are on the disks is probably best thing about them.

What you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots
