... but I've just discovered that the people I bought my new computer from the other week have loaded it with two 3GHz CPUs in it rather than one.

			I was reading last week that Intel have just released their first Core Quad processor to superceed their Core 2 processor.
I wonder how long it will be before that's outdated?

			Intel are releasing the tigerton which is a quad core but there will be heat issues due to AMD patenting the "cores on top" technology..... this means to beat the patent intel have had to put 2 on top and 2 underneath meaning only 2 will ever feel the benfit of the heatsink.....
Meanwhile sheduled for release in about 5 yrs is the 64 core processor....... that... will be s*** hot!!!
