Mind Controller

Postby jabba01 » Jul 4th, '03, 11:18

Has this been reviewed yet, is it known by another name or is it similar to other wallet effects?

Cheers

Jabs

It's basically a decent quality wallet, with a triple-fold peek. It's build quality is what gives it credibility - but as with all these devices, it relies on the Magician doing the wallet closing - and is certainly not angle proof.

If you've not got a peek wallet - this is not a bad choice. But since buying the Cornelius Thought Transmitter and the Mind Spy, I wouldn't look back.

I've passed this wallet on now, but for me, it was far too clumsy.

There's a video demo at www.penguinmagic.com which displays this clumsiness quite openly.

Although, saying that, it is a functional impromptu item, and looks like a normal wallet. It's also reasonably priced - and would provide a starting point for mentalism effects.

Being fair, then, you've got it in spades.
(and diamonds, hearts, etc.)

The modification for the Thought Transmitter will help with 'bleed' from the sides (I think owners will know what I mean) and also adds a credible pad to the face (Dry wipe? Nah! Ballpoint!)

But please, don't let me put prospective Mind Controller purchasers off... it's a great device... don't get me wrong... but just not my cup of tea.
