It's up to you! Good material available however - and yes, as said before, be sure to personalize your presentation. It's an excellent, classic effect. The selling point is in your style and adaptation of the material available. don't be afraid to segue into card-to-pocket or card-to-shoe, or whatever improbable location strikes your fancy.
