I got the method up for ego change what you think?

Card magic ain't my bag, but that sure as hell impressed me.

I think you are rushing everything too much. Your making videos of these sleights after a few minutes of practice and you even type that in onto youtube. Spend several minutes/hours a day practicing it until you can get everything so that it seems natural! Don't just post up videos after 10 minutes of practice.

I'm not trying to bash you or anything but clearly you need more work on practicing to make everything smoother and more fluid. I tell you this because I've made the same mistakes before.

There's nothing wrong with your technique on the Ego change. I don't know the in your face change so I won't comment. I would be nice if you would show the DL before the Ego Change. Try to make the regripping of the deck for the Ego Change more subtle. Here's a performance of the Ego Change I did a while ago now. Hopefully it'll help you.

I thought Speeds was good, well i suppose it was, but Stevebo that was the most amazing change I've ever seen. The music was fantastic too. A great video, I've bookmarked it, I could watch that sort of stuff all day.

Just out of interest, which tome of flourishes does one learn such things as these changes in?

You can find the EGO change only in the Daniel Garcia project (as far as I know) but, it is based on another change and I cannot remember for the life of me which one and where it is published. I want to say Dai Vernon, inner secrets of card magic. But, im not 100%.

There is a DVD on color changes by Penguin Magic which is fairly good. I think it could have been a bit more comprehensive but you learn a lot.

And to Speed.

This is not the Art to be in with a lack of patience. You will only do it, and all its practitioners a disservice with that attitude. I think Stevebos video was beautiful. It definately was unbelievable... unbelievably good.
