If you're looking for the exact card descriptions, why not just scan them?
As for the font, if you're looking for something other than the ones available, that is likely one developed by bicycle and owned by them.
However, there are a good number of rip-offs that are close, but probably not the exact same.
A quick search for "bicycle card font" on google yielded quite a few results, you may want to start with this one:
http://www.haroldsfonts.com/cardchars.html
"CARD CHARACTERS, as the name suggests, was derived from the characters on standard Bicycle® playing cards. Starting with the K, Q, J, A and numbers 1-10, I completed the set, maintaining the somewhat clunky, monospace, slab-serif look of the original.
Includes uppercase, numbers, punctuation, international characters, a 1-stroke 10, and the four card suit symbols."
Hope this helps.
EDIT: The aforementioned font, at the link provided, seems to be free.
