Go Chris, if nothing else your determination is admirable! Just a hint - try to avoid referring to her as a "bird" and you'll go a lot further!

I'll balance out the clanger I dropped in the Green and Slimey thread by saying that I've just come back from France with my Dad which was cool, did a couple of days of fantastic kayak surfing on Sciotot Beach in Normandy, and directly before that I had one of the best holidays ever with my lovely gf in Dubrovnik, Croatia. It's like some fairlytale city there, it's beautiful. The sun was out all day every day, the food was great, the scenery was beautiful etc.
Also, this is the first time we've been away together, we've been going out for about 6 months now and I think we were both a little nervous about living in each other's pockets for a solid 5 days but it wasn't a problem at all, only made me love her more  :D (where's the "vomit" smiley...!) Only problem is I miss her like crazy now but it was worth it.

I am decidedly pink and fluffy, because I found yesterday that I had two copies of Pure Effect by Derren Brown, both 3rd editions. I feel an eBay auction coming on.

It always pays to look through the loft once in a while!
