I broke my finger on Tuesday and can't perform any magic! And my order of Bobo modern coin magic just came through and can't practise very well!
Annoyinggg. I suppose its a good thing really as I was at the peak of my C.U.P.S and this has stopped me buying a lot of effects. At least until my damn finger heals up
At least its not my index finger i guess

I broke my thumb years ago skiing. It does suck (to this day), but, I did learn to use my other hand and became quite good with coins and cards. Might as well practice with your other hand. Can't hurt you any.

The thing is, as it gets better, your technique will improve and you might be better than if you didn't have the disability to overcome to get good enough to perform, and if you keep at it, it'll serve as physiotherapy too.

I managed to run a carving knife over my thumb a while back, needed two stitches. I can now handle cards just as well with both hands

Maybe now would be the perfect time to work on your patter and psychology of your effects.
I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

Ouch! I was once at a bonfire party and a friend was being rubbish at cutting an onion in half. "Give it here!" I demanded and sliced my finger to the bone when the damned knife slipped off the onion. My, how we all laughed as blood drip-drip-dripped and wouldn't stop!
