Hey, I'm thinking of getting into pickpocketing (legally of course ) so I'm looking for a good book/dvd about it. I know some general magic books have a section about it but im looking for one specializing in the art. Any suggestions?

I've been looking into Theatrical Pickpocketing by Jim Ravel and Mastering
The Art of Pickpocketing from James Coats. Does anybody have any opinions about these?

I got DVD: "The Art of Pickpocketing from James Coats"
Its very good. Well I have not actually tried anything... yet...
Well its maybe not the Best pickpocketing but it goes the basic method through. Some of the effects takes some "touching" (not that!) on the person but thats mostly for misdirection. In the end it goes over a couple of watch steals.

Hmmm, I'm sure I've said this before, but if you can find it, Stealing The Show is absolutely fantastic and I use loads of stuff I learnt there to regularly get laughs from people as I lift their watch/wallet/pen/glasses/anything detachable

I guess ill get Stealing The Show as soon as i can dish out the money. It seemed more convincing but its also more expensive
