Postby nhmagicman » Jan 29th, '07, 13:31

Is anyone aware of a decent PK ring that is less "wedding band" like?

Ie a celtic design or something a carved and a little different?

Thanks in advance....

Charles Gauci sells a more "signet" like ring with his Body Language effect. It is a ring with a magnet added though and not a magnetic ring as such.

I also have heard that Trickmaster magic
is bringing out a "Ghost Ring"

They say
that they are very strong and there are many designs. Some with a tribal band around the ring. Black, silver, gold, and pewter are the colors. They are beveled and come with props and great routines for using them. Best of all ...they are $35

I looked at http://www.trickmastermagic.com but couldnt see them.

Have since been told

Contact Broadway magic in South Carolina.
These are brand new and will be very popular.

1. A new DVD is coming out to accompany the Wizard PK Ring series
2. Lots of other tricks can be done, at least 15 on the DVD
3. Yes, you can move silverware convincingly with a PK ring

Just a request, I love my PK ring, it has served me well in the effects I use it for, but the metal gives me a severe allergy which puffs up my fingers and itches/stings like mad.
Are you bringing out a version in stainless steel or another allergy free metal?

Sir_Digby_Chicken_Ceaser The Wizard PK Ring is the strongest PK ring on the market.

nhmagicman the new Silver Generation 2 Wizard PK Ring will have a different coating to help even more with the problem you are experiencing. The only thing you can do at the moment is coat the inside of the ring with clear nail varnish to stop you skin have direct contact with the coating.

Hope this helps. :D

Tried that! Still hurts..
A stainless steel version would be nice. I love wearing it and using it impromptu but it really does have an adverse reaction.

How does the G2 differ from previous incarnations?

The Wizard G2 (Generation 2) is a rounded-edged style band—great power and quality, like the original Wizard rings.

Much thought has gone into the development of the G2, and it's styling. When it's released, it will be available at the same price as the standard Wizard rings.

The band outer profile is quarter-moon shaped, and looks very nice indeed!
