Bonjour à tous!

Bonjour !

My name is Lawrens and I'm a 42 years old magi, totally devoted in the craft.
I witnessed magic at age 12, and immediately get hooked !! Shocked

It's at about eighteen that I realised it would be possible to earn money with magic...I never stopped!

Sometimes, it's hard time to full fill the month with enough money, but it's also a vocation, as I have always been in a theatrical surrounding...

technically speaking, I worked out each classic of magic I could lay my hands on, from cap and pence with silver dollar, to 3-ring routines, cups and balls, cards...

My real love goes to coin magic... :O)

Apart of magic, I'm bass player/composer in a rock band I did with my brother (you can see the teaser video on the homepage, if you want), music is also a large part of my active life...

And to end this rather long introduction in scholar english (sorry!), I must say that I felt in love 6 monthes ago with the CRYSTAL BALLS manipulations.. ^^
That's awesome and mesmerizing to watch and perform !!!!
It's hand fitness at its best!
Great finger exercises, to gain strenght and precision...

Thanks to do what you do, and may creativity and sleight of hand forever progress!!!

^^

Hey, thank you all for the welcome!

Jericbilo, your french is not so terrible!

Gunnarkr, even people from Island speak french, that's amazing!

I encountered TM randomly surfing the magic web, and already found a trick review I was looking after for a while : "the thing", by B.Abbott...
All comments are warm about it, and now I feel no hesitation for purchasing it...^^

See you!

Hey, Lawrence!

Where can I find the vids you put on TM ?

I'm completly in CJ now, and currently working on an act mixing CJ and magic...

I will get a dv cam soon, so I'll be able to post some of my work here and on CJ.org too, of course!

By the way, why not create a "related arts" here on TM?
Well, I'll post this suggestion in the right area...

Bonne soirée!

my first attempt at a CJ slash magic crossover was this
http://media.putfile.com/MCJ
it needs to get a couple more productions into it and i might be onto some form of stage act. also, my palm spin is a lot smoother now as is my chest roll.

and this one is a bit more dancey, but was put together quite quickly after a couple of beers, hence the drops and sloppy isos

enjoy

Thanks Lawrence!

I think you could easily post them on CJ.org...
There are some vids which are way behind yours over there.
I like your "isolated escalator" move!

:D

i like that one, I'm trying to get moving isolations (oxymoron?) smoothed out a bit. and working on head catches and stalls now. i can keep a ball on my forehead or temple quite well now but can't transfer or catch there yet.
