oooh one i love is:
rather than saying pick a card, any card...hand the entire pack over and say go through them, and which ever card catches your eye the most take it please...
when describing an image i've peeked/glimpsed, rather than reveal it bit by bit as normal, i now enjoy doing a Colin Fry (matron) and mime an associated action instead and go from there...
oh and booze....beautiful booze...
