This I believe has been posted once already. I agree that this is an amazing video of an amazing man!
When you watch most other people perform backpalms and stuff, you know that there's something there but it's just very good dexterity. Laymen would consider them very good manipulators of cards. With Cardini however, it's magic. 'Nuff said.

One of the best manipulators of all time. Billard manipulation actually looks harder than it is apparently. My friend has tried having a go at it but cant to get it no way near the same fluidity as Cardini, but saying that, i guess not many can.

I have read up on billiard ball manipulation in the Tarbell course but have yet to try it.
It seems this is something that doesn't appear to be performed at all these days.

That shouldn't stop anyone from trying to perform this. Being different from others can make one outstanding!

I agree. I just haven't seen anyone do it for a long time. Well, since the early eighties I suppose.

haha. cardini makes me laugh. he's a cool guy
when you think about it you could probably do magic with everything. i mean and ambitious card routine might seem impossible to some people (laypeople) but in fact it is rather simple.
i don't think you could ever be a perfect sleight of hand artist.

I've started some billiard manipulation but am having very slow progress. So far I can slowly weave the ball between my fingers and back but it's nowhere near as neat or fast as Cardini does.

Through practice, most manipulation techniques can be mastered and perfected.
