Flesh Wound

How good is the flesh wound is it worth the $50 something bucks and does it acctualy look real. I wanna freak out some kinds at school.

I've seen it performed a couple of times but wasn't really impressed with it. If you want to do that sort of gruesome magic, I'd say that saw or needle through arm look much better.
