A Question (Sorry!)

Postby warmerclimate » Mar 8th, '07, 22:24

Hey there,

I didn't know where to post this, so I though in the off topic section was as good as any.

I've recently written an eBook for the use of the ID.

Although the ideas are of course not all my own, it's entirely written by me, with my own hints, tips and suggestions.

Can I post it here for public consumption? If so - where?

Many thanks,

- WarmerClimate.

If they're not all your own ideas, I wouldn't post it anywhere, certainly not unless you're going to credit all the creators properly and do new things with their moves that they never dreamed were possible. Even then, I'd think twice.

Thats pretty unethical. You shouldnt be giving away information that isnt yours to give. Selling it isnt much better.

Now if you edit out everything that isnt yours ( i mean everything... if its not your idea take it out- or if its already been published take it out).... then sure, I guess. But are you really even qualified to write a book on that subject?

I would stick to just giving your hits and ideas when requested on forums or in person- like the majority of us do.

Yeah.

I had my qualms - mainly because of the fact that it wasn't my original material.

Many thanks.
