not any help on the note side, i just use my own made up fake £5 note to real £5 notes

but i have found that instead of using rubber cement or copydex, spray mount is far nbetter

I'm getting worried too!

However, I'm sure I've seen earlier postings which listed several ideal foreign currency notes which can be transformed into each other. It may even have been on another forum but the gist seemed to be that English notes are the odd ones out and those from other countries tend to be very similar sizes to each other. Perhaps a few minutes down at your local Currency Exchange Bureau would give you some useful hints?

Why not go for the easy option, and use £20 notes (bigger) with pieces of £20 note sized paper for the transform??? Blank paper into money... sounds like a BRILLIANT plan!!!

or a till receipt into money - I think it was Seige that suggested that one in another thread - and it works really well.

It's nice to be able to convert a bill right into money instead of the other way round for a change...

a bit expensive using £20 notes?

anyway just a tip for anyone who has this i use spray mount to make it, which is very smooth and not as thick as the recommended product

Using £20's gives a more credible performance, I find. For exactly the reason you mention...

Also, try Changin Glue - even better (and less messy) than Spraymount.

How about changing monopoly money into real money?
Or even better change real money into monopoly money as everyone seems to have the game:)
Monopoly money is about the same size as a fiver! :)

I use canadian five dollar bills and US one dollar bills. I then waffle on about travelling and crossing the US/Canadian border having only US money I changed it to Canadian. On way back I had the same problem only this time I had Canadian money in the US so I changed it.
