Expanded Shell

Postby majs » Mar 30th, '07, 21:20

I have the quarter and a half dollar. I'd like to get a dollar shell, but can't seem to find regular dollar coins.

Anyway, I find that the quarter shell to be a bit obvious. It just looks weird. Not like my half dollar shell, which looks like a regular coin. I'm hoping it's just my quarter shell (that I just bought a crappy one). I guess I'm asking if anyone has a convincing looking quarter shell? or is everyone else finding the same issue?

I'm looking to now get the new dollar shell. :D

I use Morgan silver dollars, they are really nice coins and can be picked up quite cheap on e-Bay

Looked that up and man are they pricey. I might just stick to the half dollar. :D

Any coin that you need shelled, this guy can do. He's in Toronto and his work is the best.
