A little while ago I read an article in a magic magazine about modifying/gaffing a Master #21 padlock because it can be re-keyed. I have gone to many hardware stores in search of one of these but I cannot find one. Are there any other makes/brands that I can look for? Or are these padlocks readily available somewhere that I'm unaware of?

I know I'm not being very specific but if you know what I'm talking about it is very clear. Thanks if anyone can help.
