The colour changing lases is one of Jay Noblezada's effects, not too sure where it can be bought though. He just mentions it on the STS DVD.

The colour changing shoelaces is available as a DVD by Dynamo. I think International Magic stock it.

As for the other effect - it's called "Devil's Bottle" by Kevin Curtin... However, it's costs about a thousand dollars to purchase!
