Well as per usual I got jack didly  .

I put £20 on 4 horses in total and my best one finished 7th lol - the rest didn't even make it round.

One of my sisters had a £2 to win bet on the winner and a m8 of mine had a £5 each way bet on the 2nd place one - the jammy so 'n' so's :? .

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

I have a few mates who gamble a lot on the horses but everytime i ask them about the national they say "you might as well thow your money down the drain" - it is a lottery.

Like many other i had hedgehunter cos i was too lazy to read form etc, and i promptly made £5 dissapear.

theres always next year...ha ha

Many vices in life but gambling is not one of them. However my better half had the winner in her works sweepstake. I am encouraging her to buy me something nice with it!

I put a fiver on McKelvy winning, came second.
I wish I'd betted on him finishing top 3 or something!

Then again I wish I'd betted on the winner!

I think we must have broken some records this year between me, my wife and our son with straight bets and office sweeps we had an interes in seven horses stretching from 9-1 to 80-1.

Not one of them finished!
