In Guess Which Hand (in p154 of Bobo's book), stage four mentions a back thumb... which is confusing me. If your hands are meant to be in a fist, then how do I palm the coin so that it's still hidden when I open the hand? (The book says to just open the hand)

i think you just need to go back and read it through again, it's all there, but basically the palm is made when taking from the left hand, not the one handed way it is in chapter 1. afterwards if you are sat in the right position with your hands in the right position you can just open your hand to show it empty.
