Stacking your ID

Postby Carl Buck » Apr 23rd, '07, 10:46

Morning all,

Someone posted on here a couple of weeks ago about an order for stacking your ID, making locating your chosen card quicker and easier. I'd appreciate it if anyone has any tips or pointers on this, as I think the reveal looks so much better when done quickly.

I appreciate it may have to be a PM reply!

Thanks

there's a kenton book called Act of Imagination that has a great handling of the I.D. (in my opinion)...you wont need to restack after reading that...

In all honesty, I've only ever stacked it in numeric and suit order and I can genuinely say that I've never had a single comment. People are too busy looking for the down turned card.

I go all the way through the cards wherever the chosen card is anyway, to show that it is the only card face down.
I like the build up of tension you get as you go through the cards and actually go through the cards a bit slower than necessary to milk that tension a bit more, not so slow to bore people though.
