Well I didn't know a thing about culling before watching this DVD, but now I can do it pretty well. It's not a DVD that you can pick up and after watching the explanation, be able to do it straight away. You're going to have to put the time into it.
Also, I didn't have this problem but people have said you may need to do some working out for yourself. But that goes for a lot of DVD's/books these days. You know the basic mechanics of the cull, so surely you can work out where to go from here?
And don't say you shouldn't have to work anything out the DVD should be teaching it. The DVD should be teaching the moves of the cull. These moves are probably how the teacher learned to do it, but after hours and hours of practice/performance, you may learn slight modifications that suit YOU. These are just habits, not necessarily bad habits, but just how you might perfer to do it.
Don't tell me every sleight you perform is done exactly to the book? I think personal preference plays a big roll in magic.
