Looked good to me. You should film your vids from an audience POV, though, because they usually won't be looking through your eyes

thanks for the tip rob, yeah i agree, my next ones will be filmed on my video camera not my phone so ill have a tripod to film on

Nice. I think it would be better with slightly more cover in reality so that you'll be a bit safer. Also, try and make the regripping more subtle.
