I will be going to Manchester this weekend for the the Man Utd. V West Ham match and I would like to know of any magic shops in or around Manchester. I would like to find some dedicated shops that have a good range of a magic props and books as there are none where I live in Ireland,

I think the nearest is Magic Cavern in Bolton which is also

if you've got a car or don't mind spending an hour on the train you can get the blackpool north train from Piccadilly station (tram from old trafford to the city centre) and go to the few shops in Blackpool.

Oh and if you're getting the tram on Match day buy the ticket from the machine and not the staff on the station as they charge extra for a "match day special" take the eccles tram and get off at "Exchange Quay" stop

The only magic shop in Manchester any more (at least for the time being) is ourselves.

We are not an actual shop, but we always say people are welcome to come and see the magic tricks that we do and have a coffee at the same time.

Really magicken? I might give you a visit sometime. Does it do well in there? I remember years ago, nearly going for one in there, but never got round to it, and ended up elsewhere. Would like to know how you're doing. Hope it is doing well.
