hmmm tricky as there are no real "moves" involved but would say maybe between 3 and 5 for "getting the mood" right

Overall have yet to try this so i cant really give a definite rating. However the theory is sound and should work out ok as long as the mood of the spec is receptive to suggestion

is it similar to the effect derren brown used?

or is it more an audience size effect?

yes HOWEVER i cannot verify this as i dont know if this is the same principle as psychokinetic touches by banachek or if derren brown uses the same technique.... but its only £6.13 so why not take a chance

This effect is fully described on one of the Ammar t****d videos.( number 2 i think)
If i remember, He credits it to Philipe Socrate, (Socrate's Personal Chi Power ).
