signed coin into glass cookie jar

Postby magicmonkey » May 24th, '07, 18:08

ello

here's a little something I knocked up a while back

None of this melting through malarky, I found that to do it for real you don't half need to smack that coin home.

You are about to see a signed coin go through the cork lid of a glass cookie jar

This works on other things, not just cookie jars.

enjoy

Welldone monkey dude its **** and guiness as you will say. I heard Greedo singing the prasies of this the other day and it looks a lot better then i thought it would.

Mandrake you should have seen the bands he had on his arm saturday and me trying to do cmh.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

hur hur haha hee hee hoooh hoooooooo

thank you for your inadvertently huge compliment
You've made my day 8)

And everyone else too for your kind words.

What you see there is the footage of the effect in full. No cuts, no camera trickery, merely edited to include soundtrack and captions.

Mandrake, I always forget the bands are there, it's second nature now. It was quite recently I realised they are more of a givaway to another magician as to what you do than a pack of cards!

Incidentally, I have just figured out an extra touch or two to the working of this, making it all the more impressive and "real world" workable!
