This is the dvd to get if taking up metal bending. It will show you everything that is on liquid metal and more but wont really show you a complete routine from beginning to end. This you can do on your own anyway.

As far as my forks I currently still use the woolies ones as I bought a lot of packs when they were shutting down. I also got a few dozen shipped over from the states using magic.org who sell ungimmicked forks for a pk routine.
This can be a slightly pricey option unless they are doing a free shipping or some other offer.
As I said before finding the perfect fork for a routine can be tricky. The best I've come across are the Dominion forks from Walmart in the states.
