OK, a little punctuation goes a long way but I think I know what you are trying to ask. When they get someone in the Hallamshire or Northern General who is obviously not 'normal' but doesn't have anything medically wrong with them. eg. They can't put together a proper sentence or misspell their own name or their ears are too close to their face or their hands hang below their knees etc. the nurses put NFB on the notes.
