start with a large one and get into magic

in the past few weeks i have started getting back into magic, alot of spare time found me. i looked at my bank statement tonight and found in the past week i have droped $321.84 on stuff for magic. please for the love of god tell me this dose not ussually continue... im going to need to get a better job to be able to afford magic, then i wont have enough time to do it in the first place.

its like that entire thing where you need a car to get a job but cant afford a car because you dont have a job.

Now that's a great catch-22. Not the best, but close.

Sadly, as I guess most of us will attest to, the finanacial drain actually gets WORSE, rather than better

It's like my bank account now has a huge, leaky hole in it - no matter how fast I top it back up, it's always empty the next day.

One other thing that often happens; your mail-man ends up suspecting you are a drugs dealer, because of the almost daily delivery of suspect-looking packages....

In the past week alone I've spent £150 ($300).

To be fair I was stock piling a few items and will not be buying anything again for hopefully another year. Well I have to buy some thimbles but for the next year I wanna actually use and study the stuff I've bought.

That’s the thing, we all buy this stuff but how many of us really spend the time to work with what we have.

I still have my cups and balls gathering dust…
