Where can I learn it. Any tips. I have one very basic demonstration that gives me the general gist, I love the idea of it and think it could be very useful just can't seem to get to grips with it. Please help.

The video/DVD Green Magic Vol 1 by Lennart Green is good because it demonstrates the position, and shows a number of different applications. It's quite a frusratingly organised DVD, but well worth it (not for beginners though).

Lennart Green makes reference to the book Steranko On Cards, which he seems to think is the original source for this palming position. I've heard a lot of good things about this book, but I don't own it yet and I'm not sure if it's in print.

I can't remember if Royal Road to Card Magic has it or not as I can't find my copy at the moment. Even if it doesn't have it, you should still buy the book. It's very good.

As mentioned above Lennart Green to me is the master of the lateral palm and if you don't have them already you should get all the Green Magic tapes/DVDs. The lateral palm is explained in some detail on Vol. 1 but used throughout each volume.

No, the Royal Road does not have any info on the Lateral palm. As far as recomendations go, maybe a little generic. I'd imagine most on this site have read it and probably best not to recomend anything if you're unsure of it's exact contents.
Thanks to all for the Lennart Green recomendations, sounds perfect, will put it on my next order.
