3 card and 2 card monty.

so I'm working on getting better at card tricks. Here is my 3 card and 2 card monty routine, well its probably been done before so its probably not mine, but you get the idea. the lighting is absolutely horrible and makes the video nearly impossible to watch while trying to keep your sanity … JUST KIDDING. Though the camera does not like motion to much so I did slow the trick down a bit.

tell me what yall think

I like the idea of using a red back for the money card.

However, a lot of work needs to go into these effects. There is quite a lot of things you need to work on, so I suggest you buy a DVD on these type of effects.

I myself have been reffered to School For Scoundrels and Daryl Does The Full Monte.

I would also change your spelling. It is Monte not Monty.

i got a video on the three card monte version, i just switched the cards color to add a little to it. however I have found it is a lot easier to do card tricks in person because the entire rule of never do the same trick for someone again is broken by the ability to rewatch the clip. i have got some great responses from people at work though so I'm not sure what i am doing wrong. as for the 2 card monte, i learned that one from a e book i downloaded and ya they basically just explain how to do the trick and not everything else you need to know.

i did notice i held one card above the deck in the 2 card version but other then that what did i do wrong???? i have already bought the tricks, im not going to buy them again, so what am i doing wrong from a spectators point of view???

You might want to work on your DL a little bit. The tricks were good overall, but you might want to invest in a better video camera.
