I'm sorry to make a new thread regarding this but I have been searching for this effect for a long time now and cannot find where it is taught. I have sent messages to people asking with no replies and also searched this forum but found nothing. This is the effect:

Anyone know where it is published? Thanks in advance.

Jeff learnt this move by a magician called Mansum. I'm not too sure where his version is taught. However, in Chris Kenner's "Totally Out of Control", there is a version of the Elevator effect called S.W. Elevator. It utilises the Erdnase shift. I haven't got around to learning it yet but the book itself is great. Plus it has the trick which I get the best reactions for - Sybil the trick.
