Hello, folks,

my name's Rafael Lanzetti and I'm a 27-year old Professor of Translation Studies from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I've been dealing with magic ever since I can recall. As a child, I got those magic sets with cups and balls, TT and other stuff. As I turned 16, however, I began taking it more seriously.

Today I use magic mainly in my classes. I either begin or end each class by performing a pair of effects. Nevertheless, I perform at birthday parties and conferences here and there.

I'm interested in all magic cathegories, namely close-up, mentalism, card magic, stage magic and greater illusions.

I currently contribute to a Brazilian message board for magicians and thought it was about time I started taking part in an international forum. This one seemed to be quite nice!

I hope I learn from y'all and make good friends here.
